Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted on sealed product only, and only if order has not been completed or shipped yet. This means that you may cancel purchases prior to them being opened on the livestream. Once opened, the order may not be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted on cancelled orders only.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise.
Delivery Policy
Delivery of packages is to be fulfilled by USPS and arrival time is dependent on them. Shape Design LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Break Purchase Policy
When you purchase a break from shapebreaks.com, you agree to have your packs opened live, on stream, at twitch.tv/shapeshiftrz during the next scheduled live stream, and understand that sealed product will not be sent.
Definition of “Break”
For breaks, by default, you will receive all the foil/shiny cards (you will NOT get the codes, non holographic rares, non holographic commons, uncommons, basic energy).
If you are starting a collection or want a specific card, they can be added, but may also require extra funds to cover additional shipping costs depending on the amount of cards that would be added.
Chargeback Policy
A chargeback is the withdrawal or reversal of an already processed payment. As stated, refunds will only be given to successfully cancelled orders or returned sealed product. Refunds will not be given on opened merchandise. Any customer who initiates a chargeback against Shape Design LLC for completed orders or services rendered will be disputed to the fullest extent. In addition, any customer who files a chargeback, regardless of the reason or the outcome, will be permanently suspended on all of Shape Design LLC platforms, including but not limited to, use of this website, Twitch and Discord.
Shipping Policy (US)
We ship the next business day after you purchase shipping. All orders will be held until you purchase flat rate shipping at "Ship My Stuff". Individual orders over $75 will be sent a free shipping code to apply to their shipping purchase on checkout. Multiple orders, over a period of time, totaling over $75 does not qualify towards free shipping. When ready to ship your order you must complete the "Ship My Stuff" checkout process, even those with free shipping, in order to schedule shipping.

- Delivery is expected in 2-5 business days after mailing
- Ideal for smaller order up to 8oz
- Tracking will be provided
Shipping Policy (International)
We ship the next business day after you purchase shipping. All orders will be held until you purchase international flat rate shipping at "Ship My Stuff". When ready to ship your order you must complete the "Ship My Stuff" checkout process in order to schedule shipping.
USPS First Class International

- Delivery is expected in 14-21 business days after mailing
- Ideal for smaller order up to 8oz
- Tracking will be provided to most major countries
Shape Design LLC reserves the right to hold cards or products that no shipping method has been selected or paid for. Orders will be held for up to 3 months from time of initial purchase, after which cards will become forfeit.
